Selected to provide a classic, historic look and to complement an existing metal roof on the facility, TAMKO’s METALWORKS StoneCrest ® Slate Steel Shingles in Sierra Slate Grey were the perfect choice. The METALWORKS Steel Shingles feature industry-standard G90 steel construction and a four-way locking system that provides long–lasting protection from demanding weather conditions.

The project included approximately 215 squares of shingles, selected personally by the general contract or Richard Kacin of Kacin Companies Developers/Constructors who is also a member of Oakmont Country Club. He had used METALWORKS steel shingles before on one of his own buildings and suggested the idea as they were looking for a product that would suit the exist ing historic structure.
